About.

We are a group of 10 people starting a intentional community / ecovillage and seminar- /skillsharing centre in a former children's hospital. Its located in the middle of the forest near Harzgerode, a small town in the middle of Germany. The next big City is Quedlinburg, 20km north.

The buildings were quite unoccupied for the last 20 years but are in good condition. Currently we are setting up new and fixing old or broken infrastructure, reactivate the Farmhouse with its two greenhouses for own vegetables and make this an unconventional, unique and awesome place.

There's a lot of open space four your creativity.

Revive an abandoned Childrens hospital

Minimum stay: 2 nightsMaximum capacity: 20 people
Food included
Our huge property was abandoned for 20 years. Now 8 people live here an more will follow. Help us to kiss it awake again and make it an awesome place, where communal living, sharing culture and cool skillsharing events are everyday life.
What we have:
A very lot of work to do! ;-)
Fixing rain channels, water pipes, roofs and windows.
Mowing the lawn and cutting hedges.
Build funiture and decoration from wild wood.
Cooking, cleaning, welcoming guests.
Picking flowers, collecting herbs, start yoga or meditation sessions.
There's something for any and every skill set.

What we need:
Helping hands!
For a few days, one week, one month or maybe even longer. We prefer longer stays,(2 weeks+) becaus you'll need some time to arrive at this huge place.

What we can offer:
A cosy bed just for you. Somewhere in the house, in a communal sleeping room or right under the stars. Just as you wish.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner together with the pioneer group
One regular shower inside and a solar powered one outside.
There's an awesome compost toilet but we also have regular toilets!

We do sharing circles and other communal activites regularly. You may participate if you want.
